At the heart of RC Consulting is Riad Chajiddine, a project director and connector with 10+ years of experience across strategic consulting, sports operations, and social innovation. Riad combines the mindset of a strategist with the reflexes of a field operator. From coordinating Olympic and NBA logistics, to advising startups and NGOs across Europe and Africa, he navigates complexity with clarity, adaptability, and commitment. Certified PMP®, Agile (ACP), and trained as a Techstars Intrapreneur, he is fluent in four languages and operates across multicultural, high-stakes environments. RC Consulting was born from his vision to bridge sectors, align diverse actors, and transform ideas into structured, actionable, and measurable outcomes.
